Employment Services

We know that your training and education is all about employment. Our sister Company,  GO International,  has staff  working in Tamwood Careers to assist students in sourcing and securing the best jobs possible quickly and easily.

Student Support

One-on-one student Support is available to all students. There are staff members available who are dedicated to facilitating study assistance, remedial services, student pathway planning and personal support. Confidentiality is always maintained. The overriding objective is to ensure student excellence and confidence in all learning and living environments.

Tamwood Careers offers a complete calendar of activities giving you lots of opportunity to see all the sights, make new friends, get to know how locals experience Canadian culture and traditions. Depending on the season, student activities and excursions may include parties, theater nights, museum and gallery tours, mountain biking, etc.

Tamwood has an experienced and caring homestay coordinator who carefully screens and selects homestays. Most homestays are 40 minutes from the school by local transit. Hosts provide a warm and caring environment where students can experience Canadian traditions and culture. Students are provided with a private bedroom, bathroom facilities, meals and contact with English speaking Canadians every day.
