** Diploma students only! Students must complete 480 hours of work during their co-op work term. The must complete these hours by the program end date but might complete it sooner if working more than 20 hours per week. The program ends when they complete their co-op work term hours.

Tamwood Career's programs has a minimum English language proficiency requirements set in the Admission Policy. We require applicants to submit the Evidence of English Language Proficiency before a Letter of Acceptance can be issued.
STEP 2: If you are unable to provide evidence of any of the official tests, you must take Tamwood On-line Test and Tamwood Careers Admission Interview and provide the results as the Evidence of English Language Proficiency

STEP 3: Applicants who do not currently have the English Level required for this program can receive Conditional Letter of Acceptance and take English lessons at Tamwood Language Centres to achieve required English level before starting Tamwood Careers program.

Applicants for Tamwood Careers Toronto must provide evidence that they have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or has passed the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam with a Cut Score of 16.
STEP 2: Have your educational credential obtain in a foreign country assessed as equivalent to a Ontario Secondary School Diploma by one of the following recognized assessment service. Students can have their credential assessed using one of the following pre-approved recognized assessment services:
1. World Education Services - www.wes.org
2. University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies, Comparative Education Service – www.learn.utoronto.ca/ces
3. International Credential Assessment Service of Canada - www.icascanada.ca
Note: If the student has not completed secondary school and therefore does not have an OSSD equivalent credential, she/he can still be admitted to the program if she/he takes the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam and passes with a Cut Score of 16.
